COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
⬩ I have the right to deny a commission, even without explanation
⬩ Asking for updates and WIPs is highly encouraged
⬩ You are NOT to manipulate/edit my commission work without permission from me
⬩ Do not remove my signature from the finished commission
⬩ DO NOT feed my art into AI platforms, you will be immediately blacklisted otherwise
⬩ If you are a minor attempting to commission me for suggestive/NSFW artwork, YOU WILL BE BLOCKEDPAYMENTS
⬩ All payments will be made through PayPal, Applepay, or Venmo after I submit a sketch the commissioner approves ofADOPTS/DESIGNS
⬩ You are not allowed to use my designs for hateful speech
⬩ Please don't sell my designs for a higher price unless art was added on later
⬩ If you get a design, please don't trade or sell them right away
⬩ Please do not redesign my design in its entirety (parts can be redesigned)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
⬩ It can take me around 1 week to 3 months to complete a commission.
⬩ If you have a deadline please notify me AT ONCE
⬩ Artwork will always be delivered in .png formatUSE
⬩ I am able to use your commission for advertising and I am able to share it publicly via my social media platforms
⬩ You may use my work in any which way as long as it is not used to promote hate speech AND as long as you appropriately credit meREFUNDS
⬩ You may ask for a refund if you received no proof of progress from me within 1 monthCOMMUNICATION
